What form does the product come in?
It is a dry, white powder (lyophilisate) in a glass vial sealed with a rubber stopper and an aluminium cap. Freeze-drying removes the water, which keeps the peptide stable during shipping and storage. The powder may look like a compact disc at the bottom or loose dust on the walls; both are normal and do not change the contents. Before use you dissolve it in bacteriostatic water.
How should I store the powder?
Keep unopened vials in the freezer (-20°C), somewhere dark and dry; the powder then stays stable for many months. For a few weeks a fridge (2-8°C) is enough. Before opening, wait 15 minutes or so for the vial to reach room temperature, so moisture from the air does not condense on the powder.
What should I dissolve the powder in, and how much water?
Usually bacteriostatic water, which is sterile water with 0.9% benzyl alcohol. The amount depends on the concentration you need; the easiest way to work it out is the reconstitution calculator, which also has a step-by-step guide. Add the water slowly down the side of the vial and do not shake it; swirl gently until the powder dissolves.
Is 10 mg on the label 10 mg of pure peptide?
Not necessarily. Peptides usually come as salts (for example acetates) and hold some bound water, so the peptide itself is only part of the mass on the label. This is true for every manufacturer and for all synthetic peptides. If your calculations need the exact amount of peptide alone, account for it or have a laboratory run a content assay.
Is it cheaper to buy more?

Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
To Poland (usually 1-2 business days), Czechia (1-4 business days) and the United Kingdom (1-5 business days), depending on the carrier. Each shop ships to its own country: truelab.pl to Poland, truelab.cz to Czechia and truelab.uk to the United Kingdom. We do not ship outside these three countries.
